ABOUT
Founded by artist Tristan Duke, Hologroove Records (Infinity Light Science) is the exclusive home of 3D etched vinyl holography. Using a proprietary process originally developed for his fine art practice, Duke renders Hologroove designs directly into the record, creating fully three-dimensional images that hover and spin as the vinyl plays.
Hologroove technology debuted in 2014 on Jack White’s Lazaretto. Emblazoned with a holographic angel, this album went on to become the best-selling vinyl release in over 25 years. Duke has created original Hologrooves for bands including Guns N' Roses, Rush, and others. In 2016, Duke earned a CLIO award for his holographic design on the Star Wars: The Force Awakens soundtrack.
Hologroove Records provides specialized design and prototyping services for holographic vinyl. Collaborating closely with recording artists, labels, and manufacturers, our studio offers comprehensive design capabilities—whether translating your existing artwork into a fully 3D hologram or creating entirely new custom 3D imagery for your release.
